Location: Bertinoro
Participation fee: €119
Capacity: minimum 30 participants, maximum 50 participants
Includes: transportation, wine tasting, dinner
Join us for a special ACSOS evening in Bertinoro, the renowned “Terrazza della Romagna” — Romagna’s balcony — combining local wine, traditional cuisine, panoramic views, and informal conversation with the conference community.
The evening begins with a wine tasting at Tenuta La Viola:
https://www.tenutalaviola.it/

Located among the hills of Bertinoro, Tenuta La Viola offers an ideal setting to discover the local wine culture, with a focus on the Sangiovese tradition that strongly characterizes this part of Romagna.
After the tasting, participants will continue to Ca’ de Bè:
https://cadebe.it/
Ca’ de Bè is a historic osteria and enoteca overlooking the Romagna landscape. Dinner here turns the evening into a full local experience: wine, food, views, and conversation in one of Bertinoro’s most distinctive settings.

Transportation is included. Organized buses will take participants:
- from the conference venue to the winery;
- from the winery to the restaurant;
- back to Cesena after dinner.
This event is designed for participants who want a relaxed, scenic, and strongly local experience. It is also a good opportunity to continue conversations from the conference day in an informal setting.
ACSOS GP on the Riviera: Racing & Dinner
Date: Thursday, September 10
Location: Riccione and Rimini
Participation fee: €129 kart race + dinner / €99 dinner only
Capacity: minimum 30 participants, maximum 50 participants
Karting capacity: minimum 14 drivers, maximum 32 drivers

Join us for a special ACSOS evening on the Romagna Riviera, combining go-kart racing, seaside atmosphere, and an informal dinner with the conference community.
The event begins at Riccione Circuit, a go-kart track located a short walk from the beach in Riccione:
https://riccionecircuit.it/
TParticipants choosing the racing option will take part in an organized karting session, with qualifying and races arranged according to the final number of drivers. This is the most dynamic ACSOS social event: competitive enough to be memorable, informal enough to be accessible, and designed as a shared experience rather than a purely individual activity.
This will be the second ACSOS Grand Prix, after the first edition on a wet Misanino circuit in 2022, at the Italian ACSOS Special Event.
Not racing? Riccione is still worth the trip.

Participants who prefer not to race are equally welcome. While the karting session takes place, non-racing participants will have time for a walk in Riccione, the “Green Pearl of the Adriatic.”
Riccione is one of the best-known destinations on the Romagna Riviera. It offers a lively but walkable seaside setting, elegant pedestrian areas, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere. During the karting session, non-racing participants may:
- stroll along Viale Ceccarini, Riccione’s most famous pedestrian street;

- walk toward the seafront and Piazzale Roma;

- explore the area around the Porto Canale;

- enjoy the Riviera atmosphere before dinner.
After the karting session and the Riccione walk, the evening continues with dinner at Bounty Rimini:
https://bountyrimini.it/

Bounty Rimini is a distinctive restaurant, steakhouse, pub, and disco-pub located on the Rimini seafront and built like a pirate ship. The setting makes the dinner part of the experience, not just the end of the evening.
Transportation is included. Organized buses will take participants:
- from the conference venue to the karting track in Riccione;
- from the track to the restaurant;
- back to Cesena after dinner.
This event is suitable both for participants who want to race and for participants who prefer a seaside walk followed by dinner. Groups can therefore join together even if not everyone wants to drive.
Karting Format
The karting activity can run with either 14–16 drivers or 28–32 drivers. The price includes helmet rental. A clothing change for karting is recommended; bring comfy trousers, comfy t-shirt or long sleeves, very comfy shoes, no heels, no boots: karting is more physically intense than it looks.
For 14–16 drivers, the format will include:
- qualifying;
- race 1;
- race 2.
For 28–32 drivers, the format will include:
- qualifying;
- race group 1;
- race group 2;
- consolation race with the lower-ranked drivers from groups 1 and 2;
- grand final with the top-ranked drivers from groups 1 and 2.
Event Capacity
- Minimum participation: 30 people, including at least 14 karting participants
- Maximum participation: 50 people, including at most 32 karting participants
Along Leonardo’s Canal: Cesenatico and Fish Dinner
Date: to be confirmed
Location: Cesenatico
Participation fee: €129
Restaurant: to be confirmed
Includes: transportation, guided museum visit, guided city-centre walk, fish dinner
Join us for a special ACSOS evening in Cesenatico, combining maritime history, a guided walk through one of the most distinctive town centres on the Romagna coast, and a fish dinner with the conference community.
The event begins with a guided visit to the Museo della Marineria, located along Cesenatico’s Porto Canale Leonardesco:
https://museomarineria.it/
![]()
The museum offers a direct view into the seafaring culture of the Adriatic, with historic boats, traditional sails, and exhibits dedicated to the maritime heritage of the area. The visit connects the town’s history with the living identity of the canal, where boats, fishing traditions, and waterfront life remain central to Cesenatico’s character.
Participants will then continue with a guided walk through Cesenatico city centre, following the Porto Canale and its characteristic waterfront. This area is one of the most recognizable places on the Romagna Riviera: traditional boats, fishing culture, historic buildings, and the canal-side atmosphere make it an ideal setting for an informal cultural visit before dinner.
The evening will conclude with a fish dinner on the beach. The restaurant will be announced once confirmed.
Transportation is included. Organized buses will take participants:
- from the conference venue to Cesenatico;
- from the visit area to the restaurant, if needed;
- back to Cesena after dinner.
This event is intended for participants who want a cultural and culinary evening with a clear Adriatic identity: maritime history, canal-side scenery, seafood, and informal ACSOS conversation.
